Eltham Halfway street 19 cancellation. Faint address reads, Messers  Harris & Bulbeck & Co  Builders Plymouth. Looks like that they were a Builder and Decorating Company based at 70 George Street Plymouth. Dated November 6th ,1877. A very pretty item.
