I am a member of the Great Britain Philatelic Society (GBPS) and the Philatelic Traders Society (PTS). I have been a stamp collector for over forty years, right back to my school days where I was an active member of the school stamp club. We would swap items from all over the globe and I was particularly fascinated in the fine and rare stamps of the world.

Over time I began to focus on stamps from Great Britain, and then Queen Victoria where I fell in love with the Penny Red with its design and detail of the engraving, the plate numbers of the 1864 issue, with cancellations featuring the Maltese cross being my favourite.

On this website you have the opportunity to view and purchase some of the finest and rarest line engrave stamps of Great Britain from 1840-1878. I regularly attend stamp fairs and give talks to clubs and organisations, I also buy collections and single items.
